1. Meeting begins @ 6:40 p.m. Steve Steel and Stephen Vines absent.
2. Last meeting’s minutes approved
3. Refute Policy Governance
• tabled until board receives copies of Policy Register via E-mail
• also table vote on Code of Ethics
4. Financial Report: Manager- Business down due to construction (signs have been posted stating co-op is open for business); Inventory this Sunday (analysis of last quarter's numbers will be presented after inventory is completed); Blade reporter at Co-op re: construction; No financial report given; Ken Charboneau report passed out.
5. Comments from members: question raised as to progress of relocation committee
