1. Board President addresses the Board & attending membership. He asks that any Board members who have a conflict of interest to remove themselves from the vote.
2. Voting instructions are given.
3. Vote taken—as ballots were being collected Hermann G. announces a
mistake has been made and requests a re-vote. The collected ballots are
destroyed and new ballots are distributed. Voting results are then
announced:
Brewed Awakenings: 6
Rocket Center: 3
Cooper Florist: 4
4. Upcoming meeting is announced for June 11, 2012 with no decided location.
